Kazumasa Yasue

Mr. Yasue has worked for an accounting consulting firm, a certified public tax accounting firm, and two venture companies. At the accounting consulting firm and licensed tax accountant firm, in addition to tax consulting and tax returns, he also provided business succession support services, organizational restructuring services, IPO support services, and M&A services. At a venture company, he served as the administrative manager and in the corporate planning office, where he promoted the establishment and implementation support for the listing of the company. After serving as deputy branch manager of a major consulting firm’s Nagoya branch office, he joined M&A DX Inc. to further promote M&A operations after opening his own business in August 2019.
