Yuichi Zenri

After registering as an attorney, he joined a major law firm. He was involved in a wide range of cases including corporate, general civil and criminal cases. After becoming a partner, he focused on corporate, real estate, and inheritance law, and was involved in advisory services and legal due diligence work, as well as leading many corporate, real estate, and inheritance disputes to resolution. In order to provide more matched legal services to his clients, he opened Zentoshi Law Office and became its representative lawyer; since 2017, he has been appointed as an outside auditor for listed companies and companies seeking to go public, where he utilizes his experience as an attorney to play a role in corporate governance. In 2019, he was appointed as an outside auditor of M&A DX Corporation, and in 2022, he was appointed as a representative lawyer of Zenos, a law firm, where he continues to serve to this day.
