Mr. Kato joined a major automobile manufacturer, where he was involved in manufacturing process design in the Production Engineering Department. He then joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting and transferred to the advisory division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC due to an organizational restructuring. Engaged in various projects such as statutory audit services for manufacturing companies, IFRS implementation support, organizational restructuring support, business reorganization support, internal control establishment support, support for accelerated closing of accounts, and support for strengthening business management system. In 2018, he joined M&A DX Inc. to meet the needs of clients more deeply and quickly than ever before.
